REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KB Foods, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our chocolates. Because our products are perishable food items, please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
    Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns. Once a food product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back for resale.
  2. DAMAGED OR MELTED PRODUCTS
    We take every precaution to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, including specialized insulated packaging during warm months. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or melted:

Report within 24 hours: You must contact us at +91 8762511319 within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Provide Proof: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

Resolution: Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer a replacement of the damaged items or a store credit.

  1. INCORRECT ORDERS
    If you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Dark Chocolate but received Milk Chocolate), please contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
  2. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
    We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

Incorrect Address: Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Unattended Deliveries: Chocolates melted because they were left outside in the heat after a successful delivery.

Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the flavor or texture of the chocolate.

Missed Deliveries: Delays caused by the courier where the customer was not available to receive the package.

  1. CANCELLATIONS
    Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status. Because we often prepare fresh batches, once an order is packed, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. REFUND TIMING (IF APPLICABLE)
    If a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
