At KB Foods (“we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to deliver quality products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.


1. General Return Policy

Because we deal in food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product expired at the time of delivery

All claims must comply with the reporting requirements below.


2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A leaking or tampered product
  • The wrong item
  • An expired product

You must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Send clear photos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The product
  3. Share your order number and contact details

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discount (unless damaged or defective)

4. Refund Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders (if applicable) will require bank details for refund

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.


5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. If payment was completed, the full amount will be refunded.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


6. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.


7. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

8. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds: 5–10 working days
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

If you do not receive your refund within the stated time, please contact your bank first, then contact us.
